What does the pencil image next to the flights on the "My Trips" page mean?

There is a pencil image that appears next to a flight on the "My Trips" and "Trip Details" pages if you have entered Flight Notes in the "Info" view on the flight results page. When you type in notes for future reference, a blue pencil image will appear next to the flight in the "My Trips" and "Trip Details" pages reminding you of this note.
